Hey Matt and Heather, I thought your friends and family in the states might appreciate this website. This company offers free international phone calls. I use it to call Brazil all the time. All you have to do is call the number on the website, punch in the 011 international number, and you're good to go! All I have to worry about is watching my Verizon minutes.
